Shipping at 405 Craft

Every order is Handmade in small batches in our Moore, Oklahoma studio, then packed with care and shipped to your door.

Where we ship

We ship to anywhere in the United States via USPS Ground Advantage. Orders leave from Moore, Oklahoma (73170), and you'll receive tracking information as soon as your package is on its way.

How long it takes

Please allow 2–4 business days for pouring, curing, and careful packing before your order ships — custom projects typically take 7–10 business days. Once your package leaves our studio, USPS's published service standard is 2–5 business days for delivery.

Shipping is calculated at checkout and is not included in product prices.

Lost or damaged packages

If your order arrives damaged, or tracking shows it delivered and it's nowhere to be found, email us at support@405craft.com or call 405-213-9488 with a photo and we'll make it right.

Candles are heat-sensitive — if yours softens or melts in transit during warm weather, let it cool completely before judging anything. Wax settles back down as it cools, and most heat-softened candles burn just fine afterward. If the jar is cracked or the wax is unusable, contact us and we'll take care of it.
